Help The Gift Of A Helping Hand Charitable Trust to raise $50,000.00 For our Building Fund. Monetary donations are accepted daily.
The Gift Of A Helping Hand Charitable Trust is hosting its 11th annual building fund collection drive. The organization collects monetary donations and auction items all year round to help with the general operating support of The Gift Of A Helping Hand Charitable Trust.
The Gift Of A Helping Hand Charitable Trust is addressing poverty, hunger, and homelessness in Michigan. Four of the key factors leading to the cause of poverty, hunger, and homelessness in Michigan are:
High unemployment rates. The unemployment rate in Wayne county, Michigan has risen to 11.3%
Lack of jobs. The number of job loss increased by 5.1% in Michigan.
Lack of educational training and educational background for hundreds of families and individuals crippling them to live at or below the poverty-rate.
Monetary donations are accepted to help support General Operating Expenses and Capital Support. Our goal is to raise $50,000.00.

The Gift Of A Helping Hand Charitable Trust needs an excellent running Commercial Truck donated. We received a donated commercial building on November 14, 2012 from Dr. Paul Steven Wainess to help assist us in our cause. And now we need someone in the community to donate an excellent running commercial truck to us in order for us to move the organization into our new location. We also need the donations to help us to be able to pick up donations from donors and businesses in the community willing to support us in our cause. We are unable to pick up these donations or move into our new location because we lack the reliable transportation to accomplish our goal, and we need our community's support in donating us an excellent running commercial truck in order for us to achieve our goals. Thank you for your support.
Volunteer, Speak, & Hear is a phrase Cathy P. Russell uses to get everyone involved in their communities. The word Volunteers means recruiting individuals to give back to their communities and serve where the need is great. The word Speak means to speak out about the problems and needs that plagues our communities on a daily basis. And the word Hear means to hear the voices of the people in need crying out for help in our communities, whether it be for food, shelter, clothing, safe haven from domestic violence, or child abuse. Whatever the need that needs to be addressed in our communities, please open your ears and listen to those crying out for help. We hope you will support our campaign Volunteer, Speak, & Hear and make a donation toward our campaign.
The Gift Of A Helping Hand Charitable Trust main priority is to help families and individuals to survive through these tough economic times. One of our goals is to provide housing, food, clothing, and transportation for seniors.
The Gift Of A Helping Hand Charitable Trust Human Services Program provides food, clothing, diapers, coats, boots, and toys for thousands of economically disadvantaged families and individuals throughout Michigan. All programs serve all Michigan counties requesting The Gift Of A Helping Hand Charitable Trust assistance.
We will serve hot meals to seniors and homeless individuals three days per week, give out food boxes two days per week, and provide shelter for women who are domestic violence survivors. Our program goals are to help eliminate hunger, poverty, homelessness, and domestic violence in Michigan and throughout the United States.
Our 2015 Food Collection Drive is accepting perishable and non-perishable food items to distribute food boxes to the needy in Southeastern Michigan. Our food collection drive is also accepting monetary donations. The Gift Of A Helping Hand Feed The Hungry program is seeking partners to donate food commodities and monetary donations to help us purchase food to provide hot meals to the seniors and homeless individuals three days out of the week. The Gift Of
A Helping Hand Transitional Housing Program will provide shelter for 4 to 8 women, who are domestic violence survivors. Our program will also refer these individuals to support groups, job training programs, and educational training programs, that will help them to become self-sufficiency. Thank you for your support in helping us in our steps to continue to serve those who need.
