The Gift Of A Helping Hand Charitable Trust is addressing poverty, hunger and homelessness in Michigan. Four of the key factors leading to the cause of poverty, hunger and homelessness in Michigan are:
High unemployment rates. The unemployment rate in Wayne county, Michigan has rose to 11.3%
Lack of jobs. The number of job loss increased by 5.1% in Michigan.
Lack of educational training and educational background for hundreds of families and individuals crippling them to live at or below the poverty-rate.
Monetary donations are accepted to help support General Operating Expenses and Capital Support. Our goal is to raise $50,000.00.

Each day, beginning December 01, 2013 through January 4, 2014, The Gift Of A Helping Hand Charitable Trust will be rallying for new supporters, donors, local businesses, radio stations, television stations and other community leaders to assist us in raising 50,000.00 for our building fund.
The Gift Of A Helping Hand Charitable Trust Need an excellent running Commercial Truck donated. We received a donated commercial building on November 14, 2012 from Dr. Paul Steven Wainess to help assist us in our cause. And now we need someone in the community to donate an excellent running commercial truck to us in order for us to move the organization into our new location. We also need the donations to help us to be able to pick up donations from donors and businesses in the community willing to support us in our cause. We are unable to pick up these donations or move into our new location because we lack the liable transportation to accomplish our goal, and we need our community support in donating us an excellent running commercial truck in order for us to achieve our goals. Thank you for your support.
Volunteer, Speak & Hear is a phrase Cathy P. Russell uses to get everyone involved in their communities. The word Volunteers means recruiting individuals to give back to their communities and serve where the need is great. The word Speak means to speak out about the problems and needs that plagues our communities on a daily basis. And the word Hear means to hear the voices of peoples in need crying out for help in our communities, where it for food, shelter, clothing, safe haven from domestic violence or child abuse. Whatever the need that needs to be addressed in our communities, please open your ears and listen to those crying out for help. So we hope you will support our campaign Volunteer,Speak & Hear and make a donation toward our campaign.
